Lava V2s with 8 megapixel front camera with LED flash launched in India for Rs 7899

Lava V2s smartphone has been launched in India. It is the latest device in the V series that comes with 4G LTE and a 8 megapixel front-facing camera with LED flash. Lets check out the other specifications now.


Lava V2s Specifications

The Lava V2s features a 5-inch (1280 x 720 pixels) HD IPS display that is powered by a 1.0 GHz quad-core MediaTek MT6735P processor along with Mali-T720 GPU. It has 2 GB of DDR3 RAM and comes with 8 GB of internal memory which can also be expanded up to 32 GB via microSD card. The device runs on Android 5.1.1 Lollipop OS out of the box and will be upgradable to Android 6.0 Marshmallow in the near future.

The V2s comes with a 8 megapixel rear primary camera with dual LED flash. On the front, there is also a 8 megapixel front-facing camera with LED flash for selfies and video calling. The smartphone supports Dual SIM with dual standby mode, comes with a 3.5 mm audio jack and FM Radio.

The V2s includes 4G LTE, 3G HSPA+, Wi-Fi 802.11 b/g/n, Bluetooth 4.0 and GPS as connectivity options. The smartphone packs in a 2,500 mAh battery under the hood.


The Lava V2s is available in White and Mirror Black color variants and has been priced at Rs 7,899 in India. It can now be purchased from Amazon India, Indiatimes Shopping and other retailers as well.
