Lava P7+, a low-end budget smartphone has been launched in India today. It is the successor of the P7 that was launched in January this year. Lets find out the specifications and pricing of the device below.

The Lava P7+ features a 5.0-inch (1280 x 720 pixels) HD IPS 2.5D curved glass display, that has a pixel density of 294 PPI. It is powered by a 1.3 GHz quad-core processor. It has 1 GB of RAM and comes with 8 GB of internal memory, which can further be expanded up to 32 GB via microSD card. The device runs on Android 6.0 Marshmallow OS out of the box.

The P7+ comes with a 8 megapixel rear primary camera with LED flash. On the front, there is a 5 megapixel front-facing camera with LED flash for selfies and video calling. It comes with editing tools like Pic Focus that helps capture images by focusing on a subject and blurring the background, Extreme Beauty and Sound Image feature which adds 10 second audio memos to an image. The smartphone supports Dual SIM with dual standby, comes with 3.5 mm audio jack and FM Radio.

The P7+ includes 3G HSPA+, Wi-Fi 802.11 b/g/n, Bluetooth 4.0 and GPS as connectivity options. The smartphone packs in a 2,500 mAh Li-Po battery under the hood.
