Lava Iris Atom 2X launched in India for Rs 4499

Lava Iris Atom 2X has been officially launched in India. It is the latest budget smartphone by the company in their Iris Atom series and also the successor of the Atom 2. Lets go through the specifications.


Lava Iris Atom 2X Specifications

The Lava Iris Atom 2X features a 4.5-inch (854 x 480 pixels) FWVGA IPS display that is powered by a 1.3 GHz quad-core processor. It has 1 GB of RAM and comes with 8 GB of internal memory which can also be expanded up to 32 GB via microSD card. The device runs on Android 5.1 Lollipop OS out of the box.

The Iris Atom 2X comes with a 5 megapixel rear primary camera with LED flash. On the front, there is a 0.3 megapixel (VGA) front-facing camera for selfies and video calling. The smartphone supports Dual SIM, comes with a 3.5 mm audio jack and FM Radio. It is 9.15 mm thick and weighs 132 grams.


The Iris Atom 2X includes 3G HSPA+, Wi-Fi 802.11 b/g/n, Bluetooth and GPS as connectivity options. The smartphone packs in a 2,000 mAh battery under the hood.

The Lava Iris Atom 2X is available in black and white color variants and has been priced at Rs 4,499 in India. It is now selling via online and offline retailers across the country.
