Karbonn Sparkle V launched at Android One event for Rs 6399, available exclusively on Snapdeal

We have seen yesterday, Karbonn had put out teasers about its upcoming Android One smartphone. Today at the Android One event in New Delhi, Karbonn Sparkle V was launched officially, has been priced at Rs 6,399. Along with Sparkle V, Canvas A1 and Spice Dream Uno was also launched.


The Karbonn Sparkle V, the first Android One smartphone by Karbonn features a 4.5-inch FWVGA screen which is powered by 1.3 GHz MediaTek MT6586 quad-core processor. It runs on the latest Android 4.4.4 KitKat. The device comes with 1 GB of RAM and 4 GB of internal storage which can be expandable up to 32 GB via microSD card.

The Karbonn Sparkle V has a 5-megapixel rear camera with LED flash and a 2-megapixel front-facing camera for selfies and occasional video calling. The smartphone is 10.4 mm in thickness and has standard connectivity options like 3G HSPA+. WiFi 802.11 b/g/n, Bluetooth 4.0, GPS, 3.5 mm audio jack and FM Radio. Sparkle V packs in a 1700 mAh removable battery under the hood. It is a dual SIM phone. All Android One phones have been promised 2 years of software updates and will be one of the first few phones to receive Android L update.

The Karbonn Sparkle V will come in Red colour only and has been priced at Rs 6,399. It will go on sale shortly at 3:30 PM exclusively on Snapdeal.
