Intex Aqua Strong 5.2 with 2GB RAM, VoLTE support goes official in India

Intex Aqua Strong 5.2 has been launched in India. It is the latest budget smartphone in the Aqua series with support for VoLTE (Voice over LTE). It is also the successor of the Intex Aqua Strong 5.1 which went official last month. Intex Aqua Strong 5.2 Specifications

The Intex Aqua Strong 5.2 features a 5.0-inch (854 x 480 pixels) FWVGA IPS display, that is protected by Corning Gorilla Glass 2. It is powered by a 1.0 GHz quad-core MediaTek MT6735 64-bit processor along with Mali-T720 GPU. It has 2 GB of RAM and comes with 16 GB of internal memory, which can also be expanded up to 32 GB via microSD card. The device runs on the latest Android 6.0 Marshmallow OS out of the box. It supports Matrabhasha service that will enable communication in 21 regional languages and comes pre-loaded with apps like Saavn, Clean Master, Opera Mini and Intex services.

The Aqua Strong comes with a 5 megapixel rear primary camera with LED flash. On the front, there is a 2 megapixel front-facing camera with LED flash for selfies and video calling. The smartphone supports Dual SIM with Dual Standby mode, comes with a 3.5 mm audio jack and FM Radio. It is 9.47 mm thick and weighs 150 grams.

The Aqua Strong includes 4G with VoLTE support, 3G HSPA+, Wi-Fi 802.11 b/g/n, Bluetooth 4.0 and GPS as connectivity options. The smartphone packs in a 2,800 mAh battery under the hood.
