Intex Aqua ACE II has been officially launched in India today. It is the latest budget smartphone in the Aqua series, which is also the successor of the Aqua Ace launched last year. Lets go through the specifications of the device.
Intex Aqua Ace II Specifications
The Intex Aqua Ace II features a 5-inch (1280 x 720 pixels) HD IPS display that is powered by a 1.3 GHz quad-core MediaTek MT6735 64-bit processor along with Mali-T720 GPU. It has 3 GB of RAM and comes with 16 GB of internal memory that can also be expanded up to 32 GB via microSD card. The device runs on Android 5.1 Lollipop OS out of the box. It comes with pre-loaded apps like YouTube, Google Play store, Hangouts, Gmail, FM Radio, Drive, Email and Chrome.
The Intex Aqua Ace II comes with a 8 megapixel rear primary camera with LED flash and Samsung sensor. On the front, there is a 5 megapixel front-facing camera for selfies and video calling. It supports Dual SIM, comes with a 3.5 mm audio jack and FM Radio. It is 8.65 mm thick and weighs 149 grams.
The Aqua Ace II includes 4G LTE with VoLTE support, 3G HSPA+, Wi-Fi 802.11 b/g/n, Bluetooth 4.0, MHL and GPS as connectivity options. The smartphone packs in a 3,000 mAh Li-Polymer battery under the hood.
Other features of this phone include Reverie Lock, which enables the user to choose English or Hindi as the phone language when unlocking the device. It also comes with HotKnot, which helps one to share photos, movies, videos and Smart Wake allows user to access camera, music, files or any other feature without unlocking the device.
The Intex Aqua Ace II is available in White color and has been priced at Rs 8,999 in India. It comes with a free MHL cable out of the box.
