Huawei Honor Holly 2 Plus smartphone goes on sale in India today for Rs 8499

Huawei Honor Holly 2 Plus was officially launched in India last month. It is the latest budget smartphone from the company that was actually introduced as Huawei Enjoy 5 in China last year. Today, the smartphone has gone on sale via Flipkart and Amazon India for Rs 8,499. Lets check out the specifications once more.


Huawei Honor Holly 2 Plus Specifications

The Huawei Honor Holly 2 Plus features a 5-inch (1280 x 720 pixels) HD IPS display that is powered by a 1.3 GHz quad-core MediaTek MT6735 64-bit processor along with Mali-T720 GPU. It has 2 GB of RAM and comes with 16 GB of internal storage that can be further expanded up to 128 GB via microSD card. The device runs on Android 5.1.1 Lollipop out of the box with Emotion UI 3.1 on top of it.

The Honor Holly 2 Plus rocks a 13 megapixel rear primary camera with LED flash, f/2.0 aperture, OmniVision BSI sensor, 28 mm wide-angle lens and 6P lenses. There is also a 5 megapixel front-facing camera for selfies and video calling. It comes with Dual SIM (CDMA and GSM/WCDMA on both) support. It is 9.7 mm thick and weighs 160 grams.

The Honor Holly 2 Plus comes with 4G LTE, 3G HSPA+, WiFi 802.11 b/g/n, Bluetooth 4.0, USB OTG and GPS as connectivity options. The smartphone packs in a 4,000 mAh battery under the hood with power saving technology. It will extend the power up to 24 hours even with 10% battery left and also promises up to 3.75 days of battery life with average usage and up to 2 days with heavy usage.

The Huawei Honor Holly 2 Plus is available in Grey, Gold and White color variants and has been priced at Rs 8,499 in India. It is now selling via Flipkart and will soon be available from Amazon India.
