HTC One X9 with metal body gets certified by TENAA in China

HTC One X9 phablet has been certified by TENAA in China. The listing reveals most of the specifications of the device that includes a curved metal body. Lets check out the rest of the specifications.


HTC One X9 Rumoured Specifications

The HTC One X9 will feature a 5.5-inch (1920 x 1080 pixels) Full HD IPS display that will be protected by 2.5D curved glass. It will be powered by a 2.2 GHz octa-core processor (MediaTek Helio X10 likely). It will come with 2 GB of RAM and has 16 GB of internal memory that can be expanded up to 1 TB via microSD card. The device will run on Android 5.0 Lollipop OS out of the box with the latest HTC UI on top of it.

The One X9 will rock a 13 megapixel rear camera with dual-tone LED flash. On the front, there will be a 5 megapixel or a ultrapixel front-facing camera for selfies and video calling. It will be 7.99 mm thick and weigh 174 grams. The device will have dual front-facing speakers.

On the connectivity front, the One X9 will include 4G LTE, 3G HSPA+, Wi-Fi 802.11 b/g/n, Bluetooth and GPS. The phablet will pack in a 3,000 mAh battery under the hood.

The HTC One X9 codenamed as “HTC E56” will be available in Silver color variant and is being rumoured to be officially announced in Q1 2016. It will cost less than the recently announced HTC One A9 and will be launched 2-3 months before the next flagship “HTC One M10”.
