HTC One ME has been announced in China. It is similar to the One M9+ but comes in a plastic body sans the depth-sensing camera. It was even spotted on TENAA recently. Lets have a look at the specifications of the device.
HTC One ME Specifications
The HTC One ME features a 5.2-inch (2560 x 1440 pixels) Quad HD IPS LCD display which is protected by Corning Gorilla Glass 4. It is powered by a 2.2 GHz octa-core MediaTek Helio X10 (MT6795M) 64-bit processor along with PowerVR G6200 GPU. It comes with 3 GB of RAM and has 32 GB of internal memory which can be expanded via microSD card. It runs on Android 5.0 Lollipop OS with the latest Sense 7 UI on top of it.
One the camera front, the One ME rocks a 20 megapixel rear camera with LED flash. It comes with a 4 ultrapixel front-facing camera for better low-light images (selfies) and video calling. It has a fingerprint sensor on the home button. It is 9.75 mm thick and weighs 155 grams. The smartphone supports Dual SIM (nano) and has a 3.5 mm audio jack.
The One ME comes with 4G LTE, 3G HSPA+, WiFi 802.11 a/b/g/n/ac, Bluetooth 4.1, GPS, NFC, DLNA and GLONASS as connectivity options. The smartphone is powered by a 2,840 mAh battery under the hood.
The HTC One ME will be available in rose gold, black and gold sepia colour variants in China. There is no information on pricing or availability yet and also it may not see light of the day outside China (no global availability).
