HTC One M9+ Prime Camera Edition landing in India soon for Rs 23990

HTC India had launched several new smartphones along with the flagship HTC 10 in the country yesterday. Now, it seems that the HTC One M9+ Prime Camera Edition, a new smartphone in the ‘HTC One’ series is expected to be launched in India soon. Lets check it out now.

HTC One M9+ Prime Camera Edition Specifications

The HTC One M9+ Prime Camera Edition features a 5.2-inch (1920 x 1080 pixels) Full HD display, that is protected by Corning Gorilla Glass. It is powered by a 2.0 GHz octa-core MediaTek Helio X10 (MT6795T) 64-bit processor along with PowerVR G6200 GPU. It comes with 2 GB of RAM and has 16 GB of internal memory that can be expanded up to 2 TB via microSD card. The device runs on Android 5.0 Marshmallow OS out of the box with the latest HTC Sense UI on top. It has a brushed metal body.

The One M9+ Prime rocks a 13 megapixel rear camera with dual LED flash, f/2.0 aperture, 28 mm lens and Optical Image Stabilization (OIS). It can shoot 4K videos. On the front, there is a ultrapixel front-facing camera with f/2.0 aperture, 26.8 mm lens and 2 µm pixels for selfies and video calling. It can shoot Full HD 1080p videos. It has a unibody metal build, which is 9.6 mm thick and weighs 168 grams. It has dual front-facing BoomSound speakers with Dolby audio, supports Single SIM (nano) and also comes with a fingerprint sensor.

On the connectivity front, the HTC One M9+ Prime include 4G LTE, 3G HSPA+, Wi-Fi 802.11 a/b/g/n/ac (Dual Band), Bluetooth 4.1, NFC and GPS with GLONASS. The smartphone packs in a 2,840 mAh battery under the hood.

The HTC One M9+ Prime Camera Edition will be available in Silver, Gunmetal Grey and Gold color variants for Rs 23,990 in India. It has already been listed on the official HTC India eStore as ‘coming soon’. Mumbai based retailer Mahesh Telecom has also confirmed that the smartphone will be available in retail stores across the country very soon.

HTC has also launched the HTC 10 for Rs 52,990HTC Desire One X9 dual sim for Rs 25,990HTC Desire 825 for Rs 18,990 and HTC 628 dual sim for Rs 13,990 in India today. The company has also announced the HTC Desire 830 and Desire 630 smartphones but did not reveal their pricing.
