HTC One E9+ in India launching by end of May 2015

HTC One M9+ was launched in India at an event in Delhi. The company has also officially announced the HTC One E9+ for India. It will go on sale around end of May 2015. Lets go through the specifications of the device.


HTC One E9+ Specifications

The HTC One E9+ features a 5.5-inch (2560 x 1440 pixels) Quad HD display which is protected by Corning Gorilla Glass 4. It is powered by a 2 GHz octa-core MediaTek MT6795M 64-bit processor along with PowerVR G6200 GPU. It comes with 3 GB of RAM and has 16/32 GB of internal memory which can be expanded via microSD card. It runs on Android 5.0 Lollipop OS with the latest Sense 7 UI on top of it.

One the camera front, the HTC One E9+ rocks a 20 megapixel rear camera with LED flash. It can capture images with a maximum resolution of 5248 x 3936 pixels and can also record videos and images simultaneously. The rear camera can also shoot 4K videos at 30fps and Full HD 1080p videos at 60fps. Also, it can shoot slow-mo videos at 120fps with 720p resolution. It comes with a 4 ultrapixel front-facing camera for better low-light images (selfies) and video calling. It comes with 5.1 Dolby digital surround front-facing speakers. It is 7.54 mm thick and weighs 150 grams. It supports Dual SIM (nano) and has a 3.5 mm audio jack.

The HTC One E9+ comes with 4G LTE, 3G HSPA+, WiFi 802.11 a/b/g/n/ac, Bluetooth 4.1, GPS and GLONASS as connectivity options. The phablet is powered by a 2,800 mAh battery under the hood.

The HTC One E9+ will be available in Rose Gold, Meteor Grey and Gold Sopia colour variants in India. It will go on sale by end of May 2015. There is no information on the pricing yet.
