HTC One E9 launching at end of March, gets certified in China

HTC recently announced the HTC One M9 at MWC 2015 in Barcelona. The company is coming out with yet another high-end device named as the HTC One E9. It got certified by TEENA in China as HTC One E9pw. Lets have a look at the specifications of HTC One E9.


HTC One E9 Specifications

The HTC One E9 will feature a 5.5-inch (2560 x 1440 pixels) Quad HD display (not confirmed yet). The phablet will be powered by 2 GHz octa-core MediaTek MT6795 64-bit processor along with PowerVR G6200 GPU. It will come with 3GB of RAM and has 32GB of internal memory which cannot be expanded. The device will run on Android 5.0 Lollipop OS out of the box with HTC Sense 7.0 UI on top.

The HTC One E9 will come with the same 20 megapixel rear camera with dual LED flash that is seen on the One M9. On the front, it will have a 13 megapixel or 4 ultrapixel front-facing camera for selfies and video calling. It will support Dual SIM according to region and come with 3.5mm audio jack and Dual front-facing BoomSound stereo speakers.

On the connectivity front, the HTC One E9 phablet will include 4G LTE, 3G, Wi-Fi 802.11 a/b/g/n/ac (Dual channel), Bluetooth 4.1 and GPS with GLONASS. The phablet will pack in a 2,800 mAh battery under the hood.

The HTC One E9 is rumoured to launch by the end of March and according to HTC President, “it will make you choose its new phone over the iPhone.”
