HTC Desire 830 and Desire 630 unveiled in India, to go on sale in June

HTC India has launched a lot of smartphones today. The company has also announced the HTC Desire 830 and Desire 630 smartphones, however they will arrive sometime in June and the pricing has not been revealed yet. They were globally unveiled in May and February, respectively.

HTC has also launched the HTC 10 for Rs 52,990HTC Desire One X9 dual sim for Rs 25,990HTC Desire 825 for Rs 18,990 and HTC 628 dual sim for Rs 13,990 in India today.

The HTC Desire 830 sports a 5.5-inch (1920 x 1080 pixels) Full HD display that is powered by a 1.5 GHz octa-core MediaTek MT6753T processor along with Mali-T720 GPU. It comes with 3 GB of RAM and 32 GB of internal memory which is expandable up to 2 TB via microSD card. The smartphone runs on Android 5.1 Lollipop OS out of the box with HTC’s Sense 7 UI on top of it.

On the camera front, the Desire 830 has a 13 megapixel rear camera with LED flash, BSI sensor, f/2.0 aperture, Optical Image Stabilization (OIS), 28 mm lens and Full HD 1080p video recording. It has a ultrapixel front-facing camera with f/2.0 aperture and 26.8 mm wide-angle lens for your selfies and video calling. It comes with Dual front-facing stereo speakers, Boomsound and Dolby audio for enhanced audio experience. It is 7.79 mm thick and weighs 156 grams. It supports Dual SIM and comes with a 3.5 mm audio jack as well.

The Desire 830 comes with 4G LTE, WiFi 802.11 b/g/n, Bluetooth 4.0 and GPS/GLONASS as connectivity options. The phablet has a 2,800 mAh battery under the hood. The HTC Desire 830 is available in White with Blue and White with Orange color variants.

The HTC Desire 630 sports a 5-inch (1280 x 720 pixels) HD Super LCD display that is powered by a 1.6 GHz quad-core Qualcomm Snapdragon 400 processor with Adreno 305 GPU. It comes with 2 GB of RAM and 16 GB of internal memory which is expandable up to 128 GB via microSD card. The smartphone runs on the latest Android 6.0 Marshmallow OS out of the box with HTC’s Sense 7.0 UI on top of it.

On the camera front, the Desire 630 has a 13 megapixel rear camera with LED flash, BSI sensor, f/2.4 aperture and Full HD 1080p video recording. It has a 5 megapixel front-facing camera for selfies and video calling. The phablet is 8.3 mm thick and weighs 140 grams. It supports Dual SIM. It comes with BoomSound and Dolby audio. The consumer will also get a Hi-Res audio headset out of the box.

The Desire 630 comes with 4G LTE, WiFi 802.11 b/g/n, Bluetooth 4.1 and GPS as connectivity options. The smartphone has a 2,200 mAh battery under the hood. The HTC Desire 630 is available in Graphite Grey Remix with gold micro splash and Stratus White Remix with duo color micro splash color variants.
