HTC Desire 620 dual SIM and Desire 620G dual SIM now officially unveiled

HTC has announced Desire 620 dual SIM and Desire 620G dual SIM smartphones for Taiwan. These are budget smartphones and the main difference between these two models are the processor and connectivity. Lets have a look at the specifications.

HTC Desire 620 dual SIM and Desire 620G dual SIM are mid-ranged budget smartphones which has been launched in Taiwan for USD 225 and USD 160 respectively.

HTC Desire 620 dual SIM

The Desire 620 dual SIM features a 5-inch (1280 x 720 pixels) HD IPS display which is powered by 1.2 GHz quad-core Qualcomm Snapdragon 410 processor along with Adreno 306 GPU. It has 1 GB of RAM and comes with 8 GB of internal memory which can also be expanded up to 128 GB via microSD card. The device runs on Android 4.4 KitKat with HTC Sense 6 UI on top of it. It would surely receive Android 5.0 Lollipop update in the future.

The HTC Desire 620 dual SIM comes with a 8-megapixel rear camera with LED flash. It is also capable of recording Full HD 1080p videos. On the front, it has a 5-megapixel front-facing camera with BSI sensor for better selfies and video calling. The smartphone weighs 160 grams and is 9.6 mm thick. The device has dual front-facing Stereo speakers.

The Desire 620 dual SIM includes 4G LTE/3G, Wi-Fi 802.11 b/g/n, Bluetooth 4.0 with aptX, GPS as connectivity options. The smartphone packs in a 2,100 mAh removable battery under the hood. As the name suggests, it is obviously a dual SIM phone.

The HTC Desire 620 dual SIM will be available in Milky-way Grey and Santorini White colour variants and has been priced at NT $6990 (USD 225/ INR 13,975). It will go on sale today (December 1) in Taiwan and there has been no mention about global availability yet.

The Desire 620G dual SIM features a 5-inch (1280 x 720 pixels) HD IPS display which is powered by 1.7 GHz octa-core MediaTek MT6592M processor with Mali 450-MP4 GPU. It has 1 GB of RAM and comes with 8 GB of internal memory which can also be expanded up to 32 GB via microSD card. The device runs on Android 4.4 KitKat with HTC Sense 6 UI on top of it. It would surely receive Android 5.0 Lollipop update in the future.
