HTC is all set to announce two new smartphones in the Desire series next month, according to famous leakster evleaks. He has revealed via Venture Beat that the HTC Desire 10 series will come with two new smartphones – HTC Desire 10 Pro and Desire 10 Lifestyle. So far, we only know about the internals of the Desire 10 Lifestyle – the lower spec’ed variant among the two. Lets check out the rumoured specifications below.
HTC Desire 10 Lifestyle Rumoured Specifications
The HTC Desire 10 Lifestyle will feature a 5.5-inch (1289 x 720 pixels) HD display, that will be powered by a quad-core Qualcomm Snapdragon processor. It will have 2 GB of RAM and 16 GB of internal storage or 3 GB of RAM and 32 GB of internal storage, which can be further expanded via microSD card. It will run on Android 6.0 Marshmallow OS with HTC Sense UI on top.
The Desire 10 Lifestyle will rock a 13 megapixel rear camera with LED flash and BSI sensor. On the front, it will pack in a 5 megapixel selfie camera. It will come with dual front-facing stereo speakers and Boomsound speakers along with 24-bit hi-res DAC audio chip for an enhanced audio experience like most other HTC smartphones. The box will also include a high quality earbud.
On the connectivity side, it will include 4G with VoLTE support, WiFi 802.11 b/g/n, Bluetooth 4.0 and GPS. It will come in several different color variants and feature metallic gold trim on the edges and around rear camera lens, flash and antenna cutouts. There is no information about the battery capacity yet.
According to the images of the HTC Desire 10 Pro, it will feature a fingerprint sensor at the back below the rear camera.
The HTC Desire 10 Pro and Desire 10 Lifestyle are scheduled to be launched by the end of September. It might be showcased at the IFA 2016, however we do not know anything about their pricing yet.
