Gionee Marathon M4 with 5000mAh battery launched in India for Rs 15499

Gionee Marathon M4 has been officially launched in India. It is the latest smartphone in the Marathon lineup which is known for its battery prowess. Lets check out the specifications.


Gionee Marathon M4 Specifications

The Gionee Marathon M4 features a 5-inch (1280 x 720 pixels) HD Super AMOLED display. It is powered by a 1.3 GHz quad-core processor along with Mali 400 GPU. It has 2 GB of RAM and comes with 16 GB of internal memory which can be expanded up to 32 GB via microSD card. The device runs on Android 5.0 Lollipop with the company’s Amigo UI 3.1 on top of it.

The Marathon M4 comes with a 8 megapixel rear camera with LED flash. It has a 5 megapixel front-facing camera for selfies and video calling. The smartphone is 10.18 mm thick and weighs 176 grams. It supports dual SIM with dual standby mode and comes with 3.5 mm audio jack, FM Radio.

The Marathon M4 comes with 4G LTE, 3G, WiFi 802.11 b/g/n, Bluetooth 4.0, USB OTG and GPS as connectivity options. The smartphone packs in a whopping 5,000 mAh battery under the hood. It promises up to 440 hours of standby time and up to 50 hours of talk time. You can also charge other smartphones by connecting it via OTG cable.

The Gionee Marathon M4 is available in White and Black colour variants and has been priced at Rs 15,499 in India. The company launched the Marathon M5 in China back in June, with a whopping 6,020 mAh battery.
