Gionee F103 smartphone launched in India for Rs 9999

Gionee F103 smartphone has been officially launched in India. It is the first smartphone by Gionee in the Fashion and lifestyle ‘F’ series. Lets check out the specifications.


Gionee F103 Specifications

The Gionee F103 features a 5-inch (1280 x 720 pixels) HD IPS display which is protected by Dragontrail glass. It is powered by a 1.3 GHz quad-core MediaTek MT6735 64-bit processor with Mali T720 GPU. It has 2 GB of RAM and comes with 16 GB of internal memory which cannot be expanded via microSD card. The device runs on Android 5.0 Lollipop OS out of the box with Amigo 3.0 UI on top of it.

The F103 comes with a 8 megapixel rear primary camera with LED flash and f/2.2 aperture. On the front, it has a 5 megapixel front-facing camera with f/2.0 aperture for selfies and video calling. It is a Dual SIM smartphone with Dual Standby mode, has a 3.5 mm audio jack and FM Radio. It has a metal frame around the body that is 7.95 mm thick and comes with a mirror glass back.

The F103 includes 4G LTE (supports B3 and B40 in India), 3G, Wi-Fi 802.11 b/g/n, Bluetooth 4.0, GPS as connectivity options. The smartphone packs in a 2,400 mAh battery under the hood.


The Gionee F103 is available in Dawn White, Pearl White and Black colour variants and has been priced at Rs 9,999 in India. The company has decided to expand their retail footprint in the country.
