CREO, a company by Teewe creator, which was formerly known as Mango Man had announced the Mark 1 smartphone, couple of weeks back. It will be the first flagship smartphone from the company that will come with its own OS based on Android. Now, the company has announced that the smartphone will be officially launched in India on April 13, 2016. They also aim to deliver a breakthrough feature every month, which means a new update to the OS every month to keep the phone brand new for a long time. Lets have a look at the rumoured specifications of the upcoming CREO Mark 1.
CREO Mark 1 Rumoured Specifications
The CREO Mark 1 is expected to feature a 4.6-inch or a 5-inch Quad HD display, which will be powered by a MediaTek Helio X10 (MT6795) processor along with PowerVR G6200 GPU. It will come with 3 GB of RAM and 32 GB of internal storage, which may or may not be expandable via microSD card. It will run on a custom OS based on Android 5.1.1 Lollipop out of the box. The device will be made up of metal and glass and it might come with custom engravings on the side as well. Check the official website to know more on that.
In the camera department, it will rock a 21 megapixel rear camera along with LED flash and a 8 megapixel front-facing camera for selfies and video calling. It is likely to have support for Dual SIM and also include other common connectivity features such as 4G LTE, WiFi 802.11 a/b/g/n, Bluetooth and GPS. We do not know about the battery capacity yet.
CREO has secured a funding of US $3 million from Sequoia India, Beenext Ventures and India Quotient earlier this year. We will come to everything about the new software features of the smartphone along with its pricing on April 13, 2016.
