boAt DSP 4000 Apple certified lightning earphones with built-in DAC now available in India for Rs 2499

boAt DSP 4000 was officially launched in India for Rs 4,999, couple of weeks back. It is the first Indian earphone that comes with the lightning connector and has received the Apple MFI certification. It also has a built-in DAC, 24bit / 48 KHz decoding rate and comes with 8.6 mm drivers that promises to deliver balanced sound without any distortion. The earphone is now available for Rs 2,499 on Amazon India. Lets have a look at the features now.


boAt DSP 4000 Features

The boAt DSP 4000 comes with a 1.2 m flat cable which is almost unbreakable and is also resistant to tangles and knots. It is a high fidelity digital in-ear earphones with built-in Hi-Fi Digital Audio Converter which also comes with 8.6 mm drivers, as mentioned earlier. It can only be used with the latest generation iOS devices which comes with the lightning port, since it has a lightning connector. The earphone has been made specially made for the upcoming iPhone 7 / iPhone 7 Plus, as it is rumoured to not feature a traditional 3.5 mm audio jack.

In this DSP 4000 earphone, you have functions such as Play / Pause, Volume Control and Music Track Change, Previous and Next. The earbuds will offer passive noise cancellation as well. It has a frequency range of 20 Hz – 20 KHz. In terms of sensitivity, it is 108±3dB, impedance is 16 Ohms and Distortion is at 0.06%. Rated power – 10 mW.


The boAt DSP 4000 Apple MFI certified lightning earphones were exclusively launched in India on Amazon for Rs 4,999 (MRP) but it is now available for Rs 2,4999.
