ASUS Zenfone Pegasus 3 has been officially announced yesterday. It is the latest smartphone in the Pegasus series. Lets check out the specifications and features of the device now.
ASUS Zenfone Pegasus 3 Specifications
The ASUS Zenfone Pegasus 3 features a 5.2-inch (1280 x 720 pixels) HD 2.5D curved glass display. It is powered by a 1.3 GHz quad-core MediaTek MT6737 64-bit processor along with Mali-T720 GPU. The smartphone has 2 / 3 GB of RAM and comes with 16 / 32 GB of internal storage, which can be further expanded up to 32 GB via microSD card. It runs on the latest Android 6.0 Marshmallow OS out of the box with Zen UI 3.0 on top of it.
On the camera front, the Zenfone Pegasus 3 has a 13 megapixel rear camera with LED flash, f/2.2 aperture and 5P lens. There is a 5 megapixel front-facing camera with f/2.0 aperture for selfies and video calling. It has Hybrid dual SIM (micro + nano/microSD) support, comes with a 3.5 mm audio jack and a fingerprint sensor at the back. It packs in a metal body, which is 8.55 mm thick.
On the connectivity front, the Zenfone Pegasus 3 includes 4G with VoLTE support, 3G HSPA+, WiFi 802.11 b/g/n, Bluetooth 4.0, GPS. It packs in a 4,100 mAh battery under the hood.
The ASUS Zenfone Pegasus 3 is available in Rose Gold, Gold, Gray and Silver color variants. It has been priced at CNY 1299 (US $ INR Rs approximately) for the 2GB RAM + 16GB ROM variant and CNY 1499 (US $ INR Rs approximately) for the 3GB RAM + 32GB ROM model. It will go on sale via official ASUS online store in China. There is no information on global roll out yet.
