ASUS Zenfone Max with 5000mAh battery now available in India for Rs 9999

ASUS Zenfone Max ZC550KL was announced in India at the ASUS ZenFestival back in August last year. It went on pre-order on e-commerce portals in India last week and is now available in the country starting today.


ASUS Zenfone Max Specifications

The ASUS Zenfone Max features a 5.5-inch (1280 x 720 pixels) HD display which is protected by Corning Gorilla Glass 4. It is powered by a 1.0 GHz quad-core Qualcomm Snapdragon 410 processor along with Adreno 306 GPU. It has 2 GB of RAM and comes with 16 GB of internal memory which is expandable up to 64 GB via microSD card. It runs on Android 5.0 Lollipop out of the box with Zen UI 2.0 on top of it.

The phablet comes with 13 megapixel rear camera with f/2.0 aperture, Real Tone flash and Laser Auto Focus. On the front, it has a 5 megapixel camera with f/2.0 aperture and 85-degree wide-angle lens for selfies and video calling. It supports Dual SIM, weighs 202 grams and is 10.55 mm thick.

On the connectivity front, it comes with 4G LTE, 3G HSPA+, WiFi 802.11 b/g/n, Bluetooth 4.0 and GPS. The phablet comes with a whopping 5,000 mAh non-removable battery under the hood, which can be used to charge other devices as well.

The ASUS Zenfone Max (ZC550KL) is available in Ceramic and Pure Black color variants and has been priced at Rs 9,999 in India. It is being sold on FlipkartAmazon India, all leading retail stores and ASUS Exclusive Stores across India.

ASUS India recently launched the ZenWatch 2 smartwatch in India and will be introducing the Zenfone Zoom on January 22 at an event in Agra.
