ASUS ZenFone Go 5.0 LTE (ZB500KL) has been launched in India today. It is an updated variant of the ZenFone Go 5.0 LTE, which was launched in April last year. Most of the specifications and feature remain the same, but let’s have a look at the new ones below.

The ASUS ZenFone Go 5.0 LTE (ZB500KL) boasts of a 5-inch (1280 x 720 pixels) HD IPS display. It is powered by a 1.2GHz quad-core Qualcomm Snapdragon 410 (MSM8916) 64-bit processor with Adreno 306 GPU. It comes with 2GB of LPDDR3 RAM and 16GB of internal memory, which is expandable further up to 32GB by adding a microSD card. Out of the box, the phone runs on Zen UI based on Android 6.0 Marshmallow OS.
The Zenfone Go rocks a 13 megapixel primary rear camera with LED flash and f/2.0 aperture. On the front, there is a 5 megapixel camera for clicking selfies and making video calls. It supports Dual SIM, comes with a 3.5mm audio jack and FM Radio. It is 11.25mm thick and weighs 150 grams.
In the connectivity department, the Zenfone Go includes 4G VoLTE, 3G HSPA+, WiFi 802.11 b/g/n, Bluetooth 4.0 and GPS/GLONASS. The smartphone comes with a 2600mAh battery under the hood.
The ASUS ZenFone Go 5.0 LTE (ZB550KL) is available in Red, Gold, Black, Silver with Blue and White color variants. It has been priced at Rs. 8,999 in India and has gone on sale via both offline retail stores as well as online stores such as Amazon India.
