ASUS Fonepad 7 FE375CL has now become the latest Fonepad 7 tablet after it was announced by ASUS. The company announced the Fonepad 7 FE171CG at CES 2015. Let us go through the specifications of the device.
ASUS Fonepad 7 FE375CL Specifications
The ASUS Fonepad 7 FE375CL features a 7-inch (1280 x 800 pixels) HD IPS display with Anti-Fingerprint coating. It is powered by 1.3 GHz dual-core Intel Atom Z3530 processor along with PowerVR Series 6 – G6430 GPU. The tablet comes with 2 GB of RAM and 8/16 GB of internal memory which can also be expanded via microSD card. The device runs on the latest Android 5.0 Lollipop with Zen UI on top of it.
The ASUS Fonepad 7 FE375CL comes with a 5 megapixel rear primary camera with LED flash which can shoot Full HD 1080p videos. On the front, a 2 megapixel front-facing camera for selfies and video calling which can shoot at 720p. It is 9.8 mm thick and weighs 299 grams. The Fonepad 7 has only Single SIM support with voice-calling facilities. It also has dual front-facing speakers with SonicMaster technology.
On the connectivity front, the ASUS Fonepad 7 FE375CL includes 4G LTE, 3G HSPA+ (with voice calling), Wi-Fi 802.11 b/g/n, Bluetooth 4.0 GPS and GLONASS. The tablet packs in a 3,950 mAh battery under the hood which promises up to 12 hours of battery life.
The ASUS Fonepad 7 FE375CL is available in White and Black colour variants and has been priced at NT $7990 (US $250/ INR Rs 15,700 approximately) in Taiwan. There are no details about its global roll out yet.
