Around half million consumers registered for Lenovo K3 Note pilot flash sale on July 8

Lenovo announced the K3 Note in India on June 25 and had set a new benchmark in the Indian smartphone market. The pilot flash sale will take place on July 8 and more close to half a million people have already registered to buy it.


The Lenovo K3 Note is priced at Rs 9,999 in India and will exclusively go on its pilot flash sale on Flipkart at 3pm on July 8. We do not have any information on ‘how many units will be up for grabs’ but more than 4,70,000 people have registered to buy it.

We would advice the buyers to log on to Flipkart at least around 2:45-2:50 pm to ensure a chance of getting the K3 Note on its first sale. Lenovo K3 Note Specifications

The Lenovo K3 Note features a 5.5-inch (1920 x 1080 pixels) Full HD IPS display with 72% screen-to-body ratio along with 178-degree wide viewing angle. The display also has 400 nits brightness. It is powered by 1.7 GHz octa-core MediaTek MT6752 processor along with Mali-T760 MP2 GPU. It has 2 GB of RAM and comes with 16 GB of internal memory which can be expanded up to 32 GB via microSD card. The device runs on Android 5.0 Lollipop OS out of the box with Vibe UI on top of it.

The K3 Note comes with a 13 megapixel auto-focus rear primary camera with dual-tone LED flash. On the front, it has a 5 megapixel front-facing camera with for selfies and video calling. The phablet is 7.99 mm thick and weighs 150 grams. It comes with Dual SIM where one supports 4G and another 2G (Edge) only.


The K3 Note includes 4G LTE, 3G HSPA+, Wi-Fi 802.11 b/g/n, Bluetooth 4.0, GPS as connectivity options. The phablet packs in a 3,000 mAh battery under the hood.
