Alcatel has announced three low to mid-range smartphones at IFA 2015 in Berlin along with a smartwatch. Lets take a look at the specifications and features of the Alcatel OneTouch Go Watch.

The Alcatel OneTouch Go Watch features a 1.22-inch (240 x 240 pixels) display that is powered by a 180 MHz Cortex M4 processor. It comes with a Bluetooth 4.0, Accelerometer, gyroscope, heart rate monitor, altimeter, e-compass. It gives notifications for SNS, SMS, emails, calls and weather. It is IP67 certified that makes it water and dust resistant and also is shockproof.
The Alcatel OneTouch Go Watch works with Android 4.3 and above, and with iOS 7 and above as well, but runs on Android and not on Android Wear OS. It comes with a new GoPro app that allows the users to control the camera from the watch. It can also track distance travelled, steps taken and sleep cycles, just like a normal pedometer. The wearable can also remotely control media and comes with a GO button that can help the user to trigger an emotion pulse measurement.
It comes with a 225 mAh battery under the hood and is 100% customizable with changeable front casing and wrist bands. The company said,
“An emotional graphic will be created based on the input from the gyroscope, heart rate sensor and accelerometer. Select a theme that matches your mood the best to create your personalized emotion pulse. You can instantly share your unique emotion pulse on social networks or even set it as the wallpaper of your Go Watch.”
