Acer in partnership with Amazon India launched the Acer One S1001 10-inch 2-in-1 touchscreen laptop in India priced at Rs 19,999. The device runs Windows 8.1 and can be used as a laptop and a tablet. You can buy it on Amazon India.
The Acer One is the company’s latest 2-in-1 hybrid device in India priced at Rs 19,999 exclusively available on Amazon India. The device can be used in four different modes as claimed by Acer. Lets have a look at them.
- Notebook mode – A fully functional laptop with keyboard, offers efficiency for work and productivity, precise and ample keys for comfortable typing.
- Pad mode – Use it as tablet – load your favourite web pages, play exciting games, or watching latest movies, fits nicely in your hand.
- Display mode – Present your proposal or broadcast a video conference, share photos or movies with others, offers a large size of photo frame.
- Tent mode – The perfect mode when you need to use it in a narrow space, e.g. viewing recipes in the kitchen or setting the device up on a bookshelf.
Acer One S1001 Specifications
The Acer One features a 10-inch HD multi-touch display which is powered by a 1.33 GHz quad-core Intel Atom Z3735F processor which Turbo Boosts up to 1.86 GHz. It comes in 1GB / 2 GB RAM with 32 GB of internal storage (eMMC) which can be expandable up to 32 GB via microSD card. The keyboard dock which comes with the device also houses a built-in 500 GB HDD.
The Acer One runs on Windows 8.1 OS and comes with a 2 megapixel rear camera along with a 0.3 megapixel (VGA) front-facing (web) camera for selfies and video calling. The hybrid device has dual speakers.
The Acer One has 3G (via dongle), WiFi 802.11 b/g/n, Bluetooth 4.0, USB 2.0 ports and 1 HDMI port as connectivity options. It packs in a 6,000 mAh battery under the hood. The device also includes free 1 TB of storage for one-year on OneDrive.
The Acer One is available exclusively on Amazon India priced at Rs 19,999 for the 1 GB variant and Rs 21,999 for the 2 GB variant.
