Acer Liquid Zest Plus phablet was announced in April this year. Now, the company had announced the pricing and availability of the device, ahead of Computex 2016. Lets check it out.
Acer Liquid Zest Plus Specifications
The Acer Liquid Zest Plus features a 5.5-inch (1280 x 720) HD IPS Zero Air Gap display, that is powered by a 1.3 GHz quad-core MediaTek MT6735 processor along with Mali-T720 GPU. It comes with 2 GB of RAM and 16 GB of internal storage, which can be expanded via microSD card. It runs on Android 6.0 Marshmallow OS out of the box.
The Zest Plus rocks a 13 megapixel rear camera with LED flash, Laser Auto Focus, Phase Detection Auto Focus (PDAF) and hybrid tri-focus system for contrast detection. On the front, it has a 5 megapixel front-facing camera with 85-degree wide-angle lens for selfies and video calling. It comes with a 3.5 mm audio jack, DTS HD Sound and FM Radio.
On the connectivity front, the Acer Liquid Zest Plus comes with 4G LTE, WiFi 802.11 b/g/n, Bluetooth 4.0 and GPS. The phablet packs in a massive 5,000 mAh battery under the hood that supports Quick Charge and promises up to 3 days of battery life.
The Acer Liquid Zest Plus is available in Moroccan Blue and Andes White color variants. It will start rolling out in North America in July starting at US $199 (INR Rs 13,330 approximately). Also, it will be selling in EMEA regions in July starting at €199. The company will showcase the phone again at the Computex Taipei 2016 from May 31 to June 4, 2016.
