Acer had announced the Liquid Z530 and Liquid Z530S at IFA 2015 in Berlin. Acer Smartphones has now officially launched the Acer Liquid Z530 in India. It will be sold exclusively on Flipkart starting from today (November 6). Lets check out the specifications, features and pricing of the device.
Acer Liquid Z530 Specifications
The Acer Liquid Z530 features a 5-inch (1280 x 720 pixels) HD IPS OGS display with zero-air gap technology and wide-viewing angle. It is powered by a 1.3 GHz quad-core MediaTek MT6753 64-bit processor along with Mali T720 GPU. It has 2 GB of RAM and comes with 16 GB of internal memory, which can also be expanded up to 32 GB via microSD card. The device runs on the latest Android 5.1 Lollipop OS out of the box with Acer Liquid UI on top of it. The Liquid UI has some unique features like Acer Float caller that will help the users by not interrupting them by full screen incoming calls when they’re using any app or watching videos. We have another feature called Left Page where the users can view personalized news feed. There is support for gestures as well and its called Quick Touch here. We can use one finger control, quickly launch the camera, music and more such apps according to our preferences.
The Liquid Z530 comes with a 8 megapixel primary rear camera with LED flash. It also has a 8 megapixel front-facing camera with 88-degree wide-angle lens for selfies and video calling. It is 8.9 mm thick and weighs 145 grams. It supports Dual SIM (GSM + LTE) and has a 3.5 mm audio jack. It also comes with the Acer QuickTouch that enables the users to quickly control their phone with a simple one-finger gesture.
The Liquid Z530 includes 4G LTE, 3G HSPA+, Wi-Fi 802.11 b/g/n, Bluetooth 4.0 and GPS as connectivity options. There is a 2,420 mAh Li-Polymer battery under the hood.
The Acer Liquid Z530 is available in Black color and has been priced at Rs 6,999. It is exclusively sold on Flipkart in India. Acer Smartphones have also launched the Acer Liquid Z630s in India that will be sold via flash sales on Flipkart from November 12.
